Refund Policy

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your learning experience. If you need to cancel your enrollment for any reason however, we will grant refunds* within 15 days** of purchase.

No refunds will be granted after 15 days** from the date of purchase. No exceptions (including medical, financial or any other reason) will be made. Refunds are granted to first-time students only. Re-enrollments, extensions, and continuation packages are non-refundable.

To request a refund you must fill out the Refund Request Form located on the My Account page under the My Personal Info tab.
 

* If your purchase includes offline study materials, the material cost is non-refundable. Cost of materials may vary. Please call 800-329-4996 for more details.
** The refund period for purchases made through partners located outside of the United States is 2 days.
