Outline

Behavioral Finance and The Emotions of Investing Program is broken down into two parts:

  1. The first half focuses on the study of the psychological or behavioral biases that affect the investing process. By identifying and recognizing these biases, you can choose appropriate responses and strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
  2. The second half concentrates on our ability to outsmart our emotions. This is achieved by learning how we precieve, use, understand and manage emotions. At the end of this program you will understand how both emotional and cognitive intelligence are important factors in achieving deeper relationships with clients.
