What is the schedule of classes for the CMA Exam Prep?
Students can enroll any time before the start of the upcoming cohort. Access information will be emailed to you before the start of your session.

How is Boston Institute of Finance connected to Boston University?
Boston Institute of Finance partnered with Boston University to provide their CMA Exam Prep. All of the course content and faculty support is provided by Boston University.

When does my access begins and ends?
Your access begins with the next upcoming cohort. Each cohort runs for 9 weeks. For students enrolled in both courses their next course session begins 2 months prior to the next upcoming exam cycle. It is hihgly recommended that students apply and sit for the exam immediately preceding their education.

How do I register for Boston University Online CMA Exam Prep?

For how long can I access the course?
Students will have access to each of BU’s Online CMA Preparation Program courses for a total of 9 weeks – 8 weeks to complete the course work and one additional week for review prior to taking the corresponding CMA exam.

When do I register to sit for the CMA Final exam?
The CMA exams are held at prometric centers for each individual part. Students must schedule to sit for the final exam at the start of each their corresponding education session as it may take the IMA several weeks to confirm the registration at the closes prometric center. More details can be found at http://www.imanet.org/certification_taking.asp. Please note that the CMA exam can now only be taken during the testing windows - (January & Febraury ) or (May & June) or (September & October).
